Spanish For Law Enforcement Graduation Ceremony (24-087)
PINELLAS COUNTY – The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office is recognizing members who have successfully completed Spanish for Law Enforcement Levels I and II.
A total of fourteen members from the Patrol Operations Bureau, Department of Detention and Corrections, Communications Division, Alternative Sentencing Unit, Public Relations Bureau, and the Training Division will be recognized. Four members will be recognized for graduating from Spanish Level I, and ten members will graduate from Spanish Level II.
The graduation will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at the Sheriff’s Administration Building, located at 10750 Ulmerton Road in Largo.
This graduation will highlight the continuing commitment to the program that has been tailored to the specific needs of law enforcement and was designed to serve the Spanish-speaking community of Pinellas County.
The Sheriff’s Office plans to continue the program with Spanish Level I, Spanish Level II, and Spanish Level III maintenance courses offered.
