The Public Information Office (PIO) is the agency liaison to the news media. The Human Resources Bureau is responsible for employment, background investigations, the promotional process, compensation, performance evaluations, recruiting, benefits, wellness initiatives, retirements, leave administration, labor relations and the Leadership Institute.
