Seminole Man Charged with Lewd and Lascivious Exhibition (26-002)

SEMINOLE – On January 5, 2026, detectives with the Crimes Against Children Unit arrested Seminole man for two counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition.

According to investigators, on December 24, 2025, at approximately 3:37 pm deputies responded to Blossom Lake Park for a report that 61-year-old Mark Prutsman was sitting on a bench watching pornography while his hands were in his pants. This was witnessed by two juvenile males who were playing basketball at the park. The juveniles then asked a different adult to call 911 because they did not have access to a phone.

Prutsman admitted to detectives that he was sitting on the bench in the park and watching “adult material” and “porn.”

Prutsman was arrested and charged with two counts of Lewd and Lascivious Exhibition. He was transported to the Pinellas County Jail.

The investigation continues.
