Detectives Arrest Largo Man For Possession of Child Pornography and Seduction of a Child Using the Internet (25-138)

LARGO – Detectives assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit (CAC) have arrested a Largo man for Possession of Child Pornography and Seduction of a Child Using the Internet.
Detectives began their investigation after receiving information that a user on the social media platform known as “Discord” was attempting to engage in sexual relations with a 14-year-old girl via the internet. Through various investigative techniques, detectives learned that the suspect, identified as 26-year-old Daniel Buckbee, was also in possession of child pornography.
On November 6, 2025, Buckbee was arrested and charged with four counts of Possession of Child Pornography and one count of Seduction of a Child Using the Internet.
Buckbee was transported to the Pinellas County Jail.
The investigation continues.
