Purple Alert Issued For Missing South Pasadena Man (26-030)

SOUTH PASADENA – Detectives have issued a Purple Alert for 74-year-old Richard Monahan.

According to deputies, Monahan was last seen around 11:00 am on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at the Gulfport Rehab Center located at 1430 Pasadena Avenue South in South Pasadena. Monahan does not have a vehicle and is believed to be on foot currently. Monahan is described as a white male, 5’09” tall and 180 pounds.

Monahan has been entered into FCIC/NCIC as a Missing/Endangered Adult. If you have any information on Monahan’s whereabouts, you are asked to contact law enforcement immediately.
