SENDING PERSONAL MAIL TO INMATES: Family and friends can continue to send personal letters to inmates by addressing them to:

It is essential to include the inmate’s name and ID number, as all mail that is missing this information will be returned to the sender. Once the mail is scanned, regular mail—including postcards, letters, greeting cards, and pictures—will be available for inmates to view electronically. Senders are advised to only mail copies of documents or photos they do not want returned.
To track mail delivery status, sign up for a MailGuardTracker.com account, where notifications of rejected mail and downloadable copies of received correspondence will be available. After release from custody, inmates can access their messages and postal mail at https://www.smartinmate.com for free.
