PINELLAS COUNTY - On Saturday, March 2, 2024,, deputies issued a Silver Alert for 81-year-old Earthine Rayner.

According to deputies, Rayner left his residence, located at 706 Butler Street 580 in Safety Harbor at approximately 6:15 p.m.

Butler is believed to be driving a 2011 Brown Dodge Chrysler Pickup, bearing Florida tag 1698VX.  His vehicle was last known to be in Lakeland. Rayner suffers from medical issues.

He is described as a black male, 5'10" tall and 230 pounds.

Rayner has been entered into FCIC/NCIC as a Missing/Endangered Adult. If you have any information on Rayner's whereabouts, you are asked to notify law enforcement immediately.
