24-011 Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri Hosts Promotion Ceremony Recognizing Four Sheriff’s Office Members

PINELLAS COUNTY – Sheriff Bob Gualtieri hosted a promotion ceremony on Thursday, January 25, 2024, recognizing four newly promoted Sheriff’s Office members.

The promotion ceremony was held at the Sheriff’s Administration Building, located at 10750 Ulmerton Road in Largo. As part of the promotion ceremony, family members and friends pinned new badges on their fathers, mothers, sons, and daughters who were promoted.

The following certified members have been promoted:

 Promoted to Sergeant:
John Shields

Promoted to Lieutenant:
JB Bahret

Promoted to Captain:
Bobby Osterland

Promoted to Major:
Deanna Carey
