Deputies have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Largo woman.

When:
The woman was last seen at approximately 8:00 a.m. on Friday, September 18, 2020.

Where:
The woman was last seen at 12853 126th Street North in Largo.

Why/How:
Deputies assigned to the Patrol Operations Bureau have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Largo woman.

According to investigators, 74-year-old, Velma Whiting left her residence located at 12853 126th Street North in Largo. She was last seen around 8:00 a.m. on Friday, September 18, 2020 and her whereabouts are unknown.

Whiting is described as a black female, approximately 5’7” tall, 120 pounds with grey hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a night gown and is driving a gray 2018 Toyota Camry bearing Florida tag HZER01.

Whiting suffers from memory issues and is not known to frequent the immediate area.

Whiting has been entered into FCIC/NCIC as a missing endangered adult. A Silver Alert has been issued.
