According to detectives, their investigation began in November 2019, after receiving information that the suspect, identified as 40-year-old Jesse Michael Chester was in possession of child pornography.
Through various investigative techniques, detectives were able to recover numerous images depicting child pornography from Chester’s cell phone and from his cloud based storage account. According to detectives, the investigation discovered additional covert videos of people using a bathroom in Chester’s home.
Chester was taken into custody and transported to the Sheriff’s Administration Building located at 10750 Ulmerton Road in Largo to be interviewed by detectives.
