Charles “Chuck” Amos Cloud has been located.
He was found safe at a Largo shopping plaza after he called his daughter for assistance.
Cloud was picked up by family members and the Silver Alert has been cancelled.

What:
A Silver Alert has been issued for 83-year-old Charles Amos Cloud, of Largo. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact local law enforcement immediately.
When:
Cloud was last spoken to at approximately 8:15 a.m. on December 19, 2019.
Where:
Cloud was leaving his residence located at 11200 102nd Avenue N, Largo and was driving to 3446 Pocahontas Drive, Largo.
Why/How:
Deputies have issued a Silver Alert for 83-year-old Charles Amos Cloud of Largo.
According to deputies, on Thursday December 19, 2019, Cloud left his residence located at 11200 102nd Avenue North in a white 2017 Toyota Corolla, Florida tag # HZDV90. There is an American flag pennant attached to the exterior of the driver’s side rear door window and a Sheriff’s Association license plate on the front bumper.
Cloud’s final destination was his daughter’s residence located at 3446 Pocahontas Drive in Largo and he has not arrived.
Cloud is described as a white male, approximately 6’02” tall, 220 lbs., with gray hair and blue eyes. His clothing is unknown.
Cloud suffers from memory issues and he is not answering his cell phone. His last known location was on the Clearwater Causeway headed towards Clearwater Beach at approximately 11:00 a.m.
Cloud has been entered into FCIC/NCIC as a missing endangered adult. A Silver Alert has been issued.
Anyone with information on Cloud’s whereabouts is asked to contact local law enforcement immediately.
