Detectives assigned to the Robbery/Homicide Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in locating an attempted bank robbery suspect in Seminole.
When:
The incident occurred at about 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 20, 2017.
Where:
The incident occurred at the BB&T Bank located at 7600 Seminole Boulevard in Seminole.
How/Why:
Detectives assigned to the Robbery/Homicide Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a suspect who attempted to rob a BB&T Bank in Seminole.
According to detectives, the suspect entered the BB&T Bank located at 7600 Seminole Boulevard in Seminole, at approximately 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 20, 2017.
Once inside the bank, the suspect approached the bank teller, implied he had a gun and demanded cash.
Detectives say the suspect left the bank without receiving any money. The suspect may have fled westbound in a dark colored four door sedan.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 30 to 35 years-of-age, 5’9”tall, 180 lbs., short dark hair, wearing a plaid short-sleeve shirt, khaki long pants, and black shoes.
