Detectives assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit are investigating the death of a 2 month old infant.
When:
Livermore was pronounced deceased on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at approximately 1:20 p.m.
Where:
Livermore was at 10191 118th Avenue North in Largo prior to being transported to Morton Plant Hospital.
Why/How:
Detectives assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit are investigating the death of 2-month-old Jayden Livermore.
Livermore was placed in bed for a nap while 59-year-old Donna M. Orlando, his caregiver, completed household chores at 10:00 a.m.
Detectives say at approximately 12:00 p.m. Orlando went to wake Livermore from his nap, but noticed he appeared unresponsive. Orlando called 911 and paramedics arrived shortly after. A neighbor performed CPR on Livermore prior to paramedic’s arrival.
Livermore was transported via ambulance to Morton Plant Hospital where he was pronounced deceased at 1:20 p.m.
Detectives indicate there were no obvious signs of injuries to Livermore.
The investigation continues.
