What:
Detectives assigned to the Economic Crimes Unit have completed their investigation into an alleged Florida Sunshine Law violation involving two Dunedin City Commission members.
According to detectives, their investigation began in January 2016 after they received complaints alleging that Dunedin City Commission members, Heather Gracy and Bruce Livingston had collaborated outside of a commission meeting to terminate then city manager, Robert Dispirito.
Detectives conducted interviews with witnesses in response to these complaints and concluded that the alleged Florida Sunshine Law violation involving Commissioner Gracy and Vice-Mayor Livingston is unfounded.
Both city commission members were provided with letters informing them that the case is officially closed.
