What:
Detectives assigned to the Burglary/Pawn Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a grand theft shoplifting suspect who stole a television from a St. Petersburg Walmart.
When:
The theft occurred on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 between 3:04 a.m. and 3:20 a.m.
Where:
The theft occurred at the Walmart located at 10237 Bay Pines Blvd. in St. Petersburg.
Why/How:
Detectives assigned to the Burglary/Pawn Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a grand theft shoplifting suspect who stole a television from a St. Petersburg Walmart store.
According to detectives, the suspect is observed exiting the passenger’s side of a silver Dodge Ram pick-up truck and entering the Walmart store located at 10237 Bay Pines Blvd. in St. Petersburg on Tuesday, March 24, 2015.
Once inside, the suspect picks up a 55” television and walks out of the back of the store to the truck that is waiting for him.
The suspect is described as a black male, between 25-35 years old, 6’2”-6’4” tall, medium build, short black hair and beard. He was last seen wearing a camo print tank top, khaki shorts and brown and white tennis shoes.
The truck is described as a Dodge Ram crew cab pick-up truck, silver in color with multiple items in the truck bed.
The investigation continues.
