What:
Detectives assigned to the Robbery/Homicide Unit are seeking the public's help to identify a Palm Harbor pharmacy robbery suspect.
When:
The pharmacy robbery occurred at approximately 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 4, 2015.
Where:
The robbery occurred at the Winn Dixie store pharmacy located at 1360 Tampa Road, Palm Harbor.
Why/How:
Detectives assigned to the Robbery/Homicide Unit are seeking the public's help to identify a Palm Harbor pharmacy robbery suspect.
According to detectives, the suspect entered the Winn Dixie store located at 1360 Tampa Road in Palm Harbor at approximately 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 4, 2015.
Once inside the store, the suspect waited for other customers to leave the area before approaching the pharmacy counter. The suspect then passed a note to the pharmacist which demanded medications in a threatening manner.
The pharmacist provided the suspect with medications and the suspect fled the store on foot.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5’8” tall with a slender build. He was last seen wearing a white chef style long sleeved shirt, dark colored pants and a white hat.
The investigation continues.
