How/Why:
On December 11, 2014 at 11:58PM Deputies responded to an accidental shooting at 15116 Topaz Lane, Largo. Tony Roe, Dylan Harvey and Brianna Harris were inside the residence at the time of the shooting. Tony and Dylan were playing with a loaded revolver by rolling the chamber then taking turns pointing the gun at each other. At one point, Dylan pointed the gun at Tony and the gun discharged.
Tony was shot in the chest and was transported to Bayfront Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
At this time the investigation is on-going and no arrests have been made.
The investigation continues.
