Captain Kim Kilian

Captain Kim Kilian initially worked at the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office from 1998-2003, and after time as a reservist with the Tampa Police Department and an officer with the Clearwater Police Department, returned to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office in 2014. She oversees the Threat Management Division, which includes the Threat Management Section, the Intelligence-Led Policing Unit, the Mass Casualty Planning Unit, and the Mental Health Unit. She has been a School Resource Officer, a Narcotics detective, a Burglary and Pawn detective, a Patrol corporal, a Field Training corporal, an Economic Crimes sergeant, a Patrol lieutenant, and a Threat Management Support Section lieutenant. She has a bachelor’s degree from St. Leo University.
