Captain Jesse Napier

Captain Jesse Napier joined the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office in 2003 and commands the Central Division of the Pinellas County Jail. Central Division includes intake booking (physical admissions) and primary release; an infrastructure building with a second, larger industrial grade kitchen, campus generator, complex control, industrial grade laundry, and classrooms; and direct supervision inmate housing. He has worked in Custody Management, North Division, and Central Division as a lieutenant, North Division and Central Division as a division commander, and has been the commander of the Honor Guard. He joined the sheriff’s office after five years in the United States Marine Corps.
