Captain Brian Browne

Captain Brian Browne joined the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office in 2015 and is oversees the Communications, Fleet Services, and Records Divisions. He has previously served as commander of the Fleet Services Division and Records Division. He was a former Deputy Chief of Police and has more than 30 years of law enforcement experience. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and a graduate certificate from the University of Virginia. He has completed advanced leadership courses from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Florida Police Chiefs Association, and he is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.
