Captain Bobby Osterland
Captain Bobby Osterland joined the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office in 2005 and commands the Professional Standards Bureau, overseeing the Administrative Investigation Division, the Policy Development and Accreditation Division, and the Strategic Planning Division, which includes Staff Inspections, Grants Administration, and Strategic Planning. He has worked in Narcotics, Technical Operations, the Auto Theft Task Force, Tactical Surveillance, and served as the Body Worn Camera Administrator. He has an associate’s degree from St. Petersburg College, and is a Certified Public Manager.
