Dylan Lee Pascale (Suspect – Arrested)
DOB: 01/06/1987
Address: 11270 Us Highway 19 North #306, Pinellas Park
Charge: Murder in the First Degree

On October 12, 2022, at approximately 2:00 p.m., detectives arrested 35-year-old Dylan Pascale and charged him with Murder in the First Degree.

Detectives say Pascale, during a recorded interview on April 29, 2022, provided a timeline of events that occurred on the evening of the murder. Pascale told detectives he and another person brought the victim, Dominick Paternoster, home from Tampa and left him sleeping in his reclining chair. Pascale is also a member of the Mongols, a national motorcycle gang based out of California

Throughout the course of the investigation, detectives determined that Pascale lied about what transpired on the night of the murder. Detectives also located spent shell casings at the scene next to the victim, which contained Pascale’s DNA.

Sheriff Gualtieri held a press conference on April 29, 2022, and stated “We know more than one person shot and killed Dominick Paternoster, and while Mogilevsky is the only one that’s in custody at this time, he won’t be the last person arrested in this case. More arrests will be made.”

Pascale was charged with Murder in the First Degree and transported to the Pinellas County Jail.

The investigation continues.

PINELLAS COUNTY- On Monday, August 29, 2022, Sheriff Gualtieri held a press conference to discuss the Grand Jury’s indictment regarding a First Degree Murder in Palm Harbor.

Detectives assigned to the Robbery/Homicide Unit arrested 48-year-old Paul Mogilevsky, who was indicted on Friday, August 26, 2022, by a Grand Jury.

According to detectives, on April 27, 2022, deputies responded to 104 Dunbridge Drive in Palm Harbor and located 46-year-old Dominick Paternoster deceased inside his residence, after being shot multiple times.

Through various investigative techniques, detectives learned that Paternoster was a member of a local motorcycle gang, known as the Raiders and Mogilevsky is a member of the Mongols, a national motorcycle gang based out of California.  During their investigation, detectives learned the Raiders are a smaller affiliate that feeds into the Mongols gang.

“They like to call themselves motorcycle clubs…. they’re not clubs. They’re thugs,” said Sheriff Gualtieri.

According to detectives, Mongol members believed Paternoster was cooperating with local law enforcement and was believed to be a “snitch.” As a result of the gang’s suspicions, Mogilevsky shot Paternoster multiple times.

With assistance from the Forensic Science Division and Dive Team, detectives provided extensive physical evidence to support the First Degree Murder indictment.

“There must be accountability when they execute each other and this investigation is far from over,” said Sheriff Gualtieri.

The investigation continues.
