You use the dollars as payment at the restaurant (tips cannot be paid with Dine Out Dollars) and then provide cash or check in the envelope you received your dollars in to be returned to the Cadet Unit. 50% of all proceeds during this event go directly to the Cadet Post, which helps provide the cadets with uniforms, equipment and travel to various competitions throughout the year.
