RE: Car Wash Communication Announcement

Car Wash Communication Announcement We have discontinued our relationship with the Rally Car Wash located at 1625 Main Street, Dunedin. This will provide versatility for those members not in the proximity of the SAB. Main Street Xpress Car Wash has been selected as the new service provider. The standard wash package includes: manual bug preparation, soap application, tire scrubber, spot free rinse, blow dry by 9 blowers and access to vacuum services. Members assigned to the SAB (South County) will continue to use the SAB car wash. Available locations are: - 1255 Belcher Road, Dunedin
- 1735 McMullen Booth Road, Safety Harbor
- 12855 Walsingham Road, Largo (for use only if SAB car wash is off line)
Agency vehicles will be equipped with an RFID tag, installed by PCSO Fleet Management. This will permit members to receive the basic wash package as often as deemed reasonable and necessary. Additional services are available at the member’s expense. The RFID tags will be installed at the following two locations:
- The SAB gas pumps on Monday, June 15th through Thursday, June 18th from 0700 -1900 hrs. *After these dates, members can have them installed by a technician in the main service area.
- NDS Fleet on Monday, June 15th through Thursday, June 18th from 0700 – 1900 hrs.
*Members will be notified when they can begin using the car wash service, as all RFID tag numbers need to be loaded into the computer by the vendor before use. *All sites are restricted to a maximum vehicle height of 7 feet.
