RE: Vehicle Assigned Equipment Asset Inventory

The Purchasing Division is scheduling an Asset Inventory of the following items: Vehicles, Mobile and Portable Radio Equipment, Laptops, Tablets, Coban, Radars, Laser Guns, Ballistic Shields, AED’s, SafetyNet Locators (GPS), License Plate Readers (LPR), Mobile Fingerprint Devices and Tasers. Members of SWAT or special assignments/positions will have Vests and Night Vision inventoried.
Please advise all members under your command with an assigned vehicle of this upcoming mandatory Asset Inventory. Unassigned spare vehicles must be inventoried as well.
Members may determine which of the following dates and location sites are more convenient for them to present their vehicles and equipment for inventory.
Please note: Purchasing’s Uniform Supply will be completing the inventory on site throughout the inventory dates. Please see attachment.
