Sandye was 77 years old and the widow of retired PCSO Deputy Roy Lightfoot. She is survived by her sons Brian (Brenda) and Ian (Amy) and her daughter Megan Burg (Joe Reska), as well as nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Her son, Brian Lightfoot, is a Background Investigator for PASS and her daughter-in-law, Brenda Lightfoot, is a Fiscal Manager. There will be a celebration of life held at noon on Saturday, July 16, 2022, at St. Vincent’s Episcopal Church, 5441 9th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL.

He was hired by PCSO in 1981 and retired in 2009. Services will be held Thursday, August 4th at Serenity Gardens Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo. Nick Papas was the owner of Rumba Island Bar and Grill with Baystar Restaurant Group, and participated in the PCSO Dine Out Day for decades. He was also a longtime Platinum Sponsor of Ride & Run with the Stars. He is survived by his wife Maria, who will continue to support the PCSO in her husband's memory.

Helton Golf Tournament to Benefit Military Members Laura Sullivan	The Second Annual Lieutenant Helton Golf Tournament will be held Thursday, September 8, at 9:00 a.m. at the Bay Palms Golf Complex, 1803 Golf Course Avenue, Tampa. It is hosted by the 6th Security Forces Squadron of MacDill AFB. Deadline for registration is September 1. Lieutenant Helton’s vehicle was hit by an IED and he was killed. After his death, his mother Jiffy started the Lieutenant Helton Foundation to keep his memory alive and to assist military members in his name. The organization has supported the Shadow Warrior Foundation, Fallen Heroes of Georgia, and the Walton County Veteran Memorial, to name a few.
