Retired Deputy Raymond Garland, husband of Property Technician Joanne Garland, passed away suddenly on July 10, 2022. He was hired by PCSO in 1981 and retired in 2009.
Services will be held Thursday, August 4th at Serenity Gardens Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo. The memorial service is at 10 a.m. with the burial to follow.
