Fleet Services phone app - Dossier Mobile Light
Jennifer Love
|
In an effort to increase efficiency, the Fleet Services Division and the Information Technology Bureau are introducing Dossier Mobile Lite, a digital vehicle repair request process. This will eliminate the need for users to come to a Fleet Services location and fill out a paper Motor Vehicle Trouble Ticket (deadline form) to report their repair needs. The Fleet Services Division will begin utilizing this application on February 1, 2023. This is an app that has been installed on all agency phones or can be downloaded to your personal phone through the App Store at no charge. The attached document is a reference on how to complete the work request. If you do not have a phone accessible at the time the request is made, paper forms will still be accessible at both Fleet Services locations. This application will work off the phones GPS or physical location at the time you complete the request. If you are not at a Fleet Services location (NDS or SAB) at the time you complete the request, you will need to include the specific location of your vehicle in the request for Fleet Services to identify your vehicle to complete the work. The Fleet Services Division is also introducing a customer satisfaction survey process. Once the work is completed, you will continue to receive an email notification from Fleet Services indicating your vehicle’s status. Additionally, you will receive an automated email containing a link to complete a survey. Members are requested to complete the survey to provide feedback to the Fleet Services Division about their experience. |
