Criticism isn't always bad. It allows you to reflect on things that you may need to work, things that you might not recognize. Then there are those types of criticism from people that isn't really constructive, but can be damaging to your self-confidence. Here are some quotes for when you are faced with those. Acknowledge the critique, then keep it moving..
