Staying active during the Holidays

It can be a challenge to continue an exercise routine, especially during the holidays! Here are some ideas to help you fit that workout in. Staying active can help with the stress of the season and give you some energy to get through it.
Plan your workout ahead, especially if you are traveling: -Are their trails, parks nearby -Plan a simple workout that doesn't take a lot of space
Prepare -Bring a workout plan with you if you do have to travel -Bring resistance bands -Look at workouts online (download Burnalong!)
Use every opportunity to be active -Walk as much as possible -Offer to help with housework -Play with your kids/dogs outside
