To start, eat enough protein, fruits, vegetables, whole grain and low fat dairy products. Pay close attention to sodium and sugar content, especially if you turn to frozen “healthy” meals in a pinch. Don’t worry; you can still have your cheesecake AND eat it, too; moderation is key.
