More Ways To Bounce & Build Your Resilience- 4/23 webinar by Dr. Kim Miller

Lisa Gunther
Resilience is a habit that is built over time and the best way to build a habit is to find a way to practice each day. This webinar on resilience by Dr. Kim Miller will cover six additional resiliency tools (i.e., creating a vision/purpose, fostering grit, importance of creating structure, living in the now, how to find silver linings and gain perspective, and the critical importance of caring for your body during stress) that you easily integrate into your daily life. By making small changes and utilizing the tools regularly, you will find you have increased confidence in your ability to deal with crisis and stress, are less panicked and fearful about the things you don't control, feel more empowered, and are much quicker to bounce back when times get tough. This is a 90 minute webinar (60 minutes of training and 30 minutes of Q&A), but you don't have to stay the entire time.
