After watching the video, complete a Training Disposition form. Keep a copy for yourself and forward one to the Training Division to update your training record. Online Training has a new section specifically for Support Staff. This link is located on SONET under the Support Tab, Online classes and then Support Staff Elective Training. Watch a short video and answer the correlating questions. Your training record will automatically update upon completion. 5/10/2022 Topic: Compassion Fatigue Training will be held on 5/17 and 5/19/22 from 1400-1600 Patti Samuels	Marcia Monroe will be presenting on Compassion Fatigue. Compassionate Fatigue is the same as Empathic Distress. The individual in attendance will be able to identify signs of Compassionate Fatigue, identify coping strategies, and will learn about resiliency and self-care techniques.
