PCSO had implemented five wellness initiatives across the agency from October 2020 through January 2022. The goal was to offer services that would have the most impact to your overall mental and physical well-being.
Below is a link to a short satisfaction survey which is open to everyone, regardless if you did or didn’t participate in any of the wellness initiatives. The purpose of this anonymous survey is to review your overall feelings regarding the initiatives offered.
