Joan B. Bickford, wife of retired ARMS Specialist William Bickford, Mother of Deputy Brant Bickford, and Grandmother of Deputy Joshua Ricottilli and Criminal Justice Specialist Joseph Ricottilli, was promoted to Glory Thursday, February 2, 2023. Joan was 82 years of age and she and Bill had been married for 61 years.
