CJIS Memo 2025-6 regarding 2025 Special Session FDLE Statute Table Update is now available on the CJNet.
Summary:
The Florida Statute Table (Arrest and Clerk versions) has been updated and is now available on the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) website. The revised Table contains changes made by the Florida Legislature during the 2025 Special Session C.
