Retired Dep. John Gleason passed away on July 26, 2024. He retired in 2014 after 32 years with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office. The memorial will take place at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church at 4843 Mile Stretch Drive, Holiday, FL 34690 at 11:30 a.m. on September 14. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your charity of choice. Tunnels to Towers, St. Jude Children’s Research, Shriners Children, and Wounded Warriors were all favorites of retired Dep. Gleason.
