Executive Summary: The 2024 Florida Statute Table (Arrest and Clerk versions) has been updated and is now available on the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) website. The revised Table contains changes made by the 2024 Florida Legislature during the Regular Session.
New laws are included on the Statute Table. The Effective Date column identifies those statutory changes with a July 1, October 1 or January 1 effective date. Repealed laws are removed from the Arrest Statute Table version and are noted on the Clerk Statute Table version for historical purposes. The Arrest Statute Table version, used by law enforcement agencies, contains only the current arrestable offenses. The Clerk Statute Table version contains the arrestable offenses in addition to statutory history, such as when a statute was repealed or renumbered. The Changes Only Table contains all additions, deactivations, and corrections made to the Statute Table since its last update. All versions are available for download from the FDLE website in Excel and PDF formats.
