Please refer to the attached TA which explains the upcoming launch of the new DL pilot beginning later today.
Following the pilot phase, the new DL will be rolled out statewide by July 31, 2024.
Any customer residing outside the pilot county will receive the new DL with their original, renewal, or replacement transaction.
Both the new and old DL numbers will be linked. This means that regardless of which DL is used to search for a customer, their record will still be accessible when searching for a DL transcript or in DAVID.
