Good evening,
It appears that the fiber line has been replaced and services have been restored early. ELVIS is back up and operational. I'm unsure whether or not to expect further intermittent outages as the lines are repaired over the next couple of days, but we'll monitor the situation and let you know as we know more. At present, ELVIS is functional again.
