We're aware of an unexpected network outage at our host agency that is making ELVIS unavailable. We don't yet have a scope of the issue or an ETA from their team of when it will be back up, but we'll update you all as soon as we know more.
UPDATE:
Unfortunately, we've learned that the network outage was caused by a contractor physically cutting the fiber lines to the agency, and the anticipated time to restore service isn't until Tuesday, March 5th. While we could try to run a new connection, get a new public IP address set up, communicate that to change for firewall updates to our agencies, etc, it would take several days and have to be reverted once regular service was restored. Honestly, I'm hoping that the Tuesday estimate is pessimistic and we'll have ELVIS service back before then.
