CJIS Memo 2024-2 regarding Missing Person Biological Samples is now available on the CJNet.
Summary:
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) Forensic Services Division provides DNA testing related to missing and unidentified person investigations. This memo identifies the FDLE testing available and replaces CJIS Memorandum 2011-20.
