Former PCSO Deputy and retired PCSO Law Librarian Robert Smith (Bobby) passed away July 11, 2023. There will be a non-structured memorial service on Saturday, July 22, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 2321 Hartford Street South in St. Petersburg.
