PCSO will be sending a contingent of certified agency members to St. Johns County for the Funeral Service of Sergeant Michael Kunovich of the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office (SJSO), who was killed in the line of duty on Friday, May 19, 2023.
The services are being held on Friday, May 26 at 1000 hours at the St. Joseph’s Catholic Church located at 11757 Old St. Augustine Rd. in Jacksonville, FL. Logistics and travel arrangements will be made by the Special Events Unit for those approved to attend.
The uniform of the day will be the Class A - long sleeve uniform with a tie, campaign hat, and black mourning band. Members should handle all uniform needs prior to leaving.
