The Sergeants and Lieutenants promotional exams are fast approaching! Human Resources (HR) and the Sheriff’s Leadership Institute (SLI) have provided our members with a plethora of information and tools regarding this process.
There are no trick questions or gimmicks to these exams. If you utilize the resources provided and invest your time efficiently in YOUR study process, you set yourself up for success. Be intentional with your study process and take the exam seriously.
Attached you will find a study tool to assist in tracking your process, how well you believe you know the information, and how much time you have actually invested in each topic. This is also available with the other promotional materials on SONET. Follow the below steps to locate:
