Retired Lieutenant Alan Harmer, 61, father of CJS Melissa Tolan, father-in-law of CJS James Tolan, husband of retired Deputy Kim Harmer, and step-father of Deputy Gary Quick, passed away at his home in Weeki Wachee, FL on Monday, February 13, 2023, following ongoing health issues. Final respects can be paid to Alan at the Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 2853 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater, FL 33759 on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 1:00 pm.
