The Department of Detention and Corrections is accepting applications to fill a Visitation CJS vacancy, and to establish an eligibility list.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:
• Must meet eligibility requirements pursuant to General Order 6-4a.
• Must currently be a full-time Criminal Justice Specialist.
• Flexible work schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and on call availability.
• Must interact professionally with members of the public.
Members interested in applying for this position must submit a DDC Application and Data Sheet via chain of command to Captain George Brotchi. Upon submitting the memorandum, the member requesting transfer shall contact Sergeant Pauline Hawthorn at extension 37152 or via email at phawthorn@pcsonet.com. Members of the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office who meet the qualifications will have their name certified to the resulting eligibility roster. Closing date for applications will be no later than August 10, 2022.
