Retired Inmate Records Specialist Carole Riggs has passed away. She is survived by her husband Jim Riggs, and by four current PCSO members. Her daughter is Crime Stoppers Coordinator Jamie Smith. Her grandchildren include Senior Public Records Specialist Sarah Haddock, Probation Specialist Courtney Fabry, and IT Customer Support Technician Brandon McWilliams.
There will be a Celebration of Life held July 9th at 11:00 a.m. at The Point Church, 1430 Belleair Road, Clearwater.
