Retired San Francisco Deputy Harry Jubar, brother of Program Services Supervisor Ramona Schaefer, passed away June 1, 2022. He was a U.S. Army veteran, and will be laid to rest in Arlington National Cemetery. He joined the San Francisco Sheriff's Office in 2000, and retired last year. SFSO Sheriff Paul Miyamoto had worked closely with Harry Jubar and said that he will miss his candor and straightforwardness, adding that he will be remembered for his professionalism, calm demeanor, and for holding people accountable. Harry Jubar is survived by eleven brothers and sisters.
