Funeral Service For Deputy Joshua Moyers (Nassau County)

PCSO will be sending a contingent of certified agency members to Callahan, FL (Nassau County) for the funeral service of Deputy Joshua Moyers (Nassau County Sheriff’s Office), who was killed in the line of duty on Sunday, September 26, 2021.
Members will leave Friday, October 1, 2021, and stay overnight in Jacksonville FL, for the services being held on Saturday. Arrangements will be made by the Special Events Unit for those approved to attend.
Members will assemble at the Callahan First Baptist Church (45090 Green Ave, Callahan, FL 32011) on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. with the service to begin at 12:00 p.m. Immediately following the service, members will proceed to Oakwood Cemetery (37345 Ruby Dr, Hilliard FL) for the final call.
The uniform of the day will be the Class A - long sleeves with tie, campaign hat, and black mourning band.
